About Paint Ur Art Out
I started thinking about opening Paint ur Art Out early on when I began trying to sell my own art and realizing what a challenge it was as an emerging artist to find a place to have a forum for your art. I wanted the gallery to be an option for emerging artists and also a place where customers could envision what it might look like to have the art piece in their home. I am also a big fan of functional art which is why there are a number of artisans in the gallery and not just wall art. There is a large variety that will continue to evolve but there is jewellery, glass, knitwear, dream catchers, macrame, and wall art of many genres in the gallery. Another part of the gallery was to share how art has been such a healthy outlet for me. This is why there are classes and a place to learn and grow as a person. I believe in the value of learning and the joy it brings into my life and I hope the classes will be a part of spreading some joy to others. I am fortunate to have an amazing group of artists and we have begun to create the supportive environment I envisioned. Hoping you come to the gallery and see the joy and love in the pieces. Perhaps you will fall in love with one of them.
